Our Wines

Kapistoni wines are natural and made with the best grapes from the harvest. 

Our grapes are carefully handpicked and come from vineyards that were planted free of artificial chemical agents. 

No filtration or additives are used in the production of our wines.

TAVKVERI

Medium to full-bodied red wine made with grapes harvested from the Vaziani micro zone in the Kartli region of Georgia. Ripe, red berries expressions characterize this wine, followed by dry fruits. Pairs well with veal, lamb, pork and hard cheeses. 

Serving temperature 18 - 20 celsius (64 - 68 Fahrenheit)

SAPERAVI

Full-bodied red dry wine made with grapes from the micro zone of Khashmi in the Kakheti region of Georgia. It contains notes of dark berries, plums, dark pepper and earthy notes. It pairs well with red meat, pork and aged cheeses. Serving temperature 18 - 20 celsius (64 - 68 Fahrenheit)

SHAVKAPITO

Medium to full-bodied dry red wine made with grapes from the Vaziani micro zone in the Kartli region of Georgia. Red berries and sour cherry flavors characterize the primary notes, with a lingering red pepper note contributing to the succulent body of this incredible wine. Pairs well with veal, beef, lamb and hard cheeses.

Serving temperature 18 - 20 celsius (64 - 68 Fahrenheit)

RKATSITELI

Full-bodied dry white wine made with grapes harvested from the Manavi micro zone in the Kakheti region of Georgia. Honey and pear aromas in the nose, with citrus fruits and peach present in the palate.
It pairs well with poultry, pork, seafood and aged cheeses.

Serving temperature 10 - 14 Celsius (50 - 57 Fahrenheit)

CHINEBULI

Full-bodied dry white wine made with grapes from the Vaziani micro zone in the Kartli region of Georgia. It features spring cherry blossom aromas and notes of green apple. Secondary peach and citrus fruits on the palate create a crisp texture.

Pairs well with poultry, pork and young cheeses.

Serving temperature 10 - 14 Celsius (50 - 57 Fahrenheit)
